“The menu was born from the idea that I wanted to create something that requires absolute perfection – from the entire kitchen and service team! Every single employee should get the chance to prove their skills, grow from the challenge and be proud to work in this profession. For this menu, I have put a lot of emphasis on using only good and original products and getting the maximum out of them without distorting the taste of the individual components,” says Chef Rick Frank.
For the aperitif, our bar chef Oliver spoils our guests with varying drinks. Afterwards, small but fine specialties prepare the palate for the following menu. Our sommelier Günther underlines the menu with the perfect wine accompaniment thanks to his extensive knowledge and experience.
