Light and creative gourmet cuisine

Our team composes daily specialized menus for our guests. Included in your booking is a comfortable evening around a fondue-pot in the „Berghof-Stueble“, the traditional wood-panelled familial dining locale. And in winter a weekly Austrian Specialties Buffet and our special Gala evening on Fridays round out the week.

The in-house pastry shop produces fresh daily creations for dessert and Austrian „Apfel-Strudel“, cakes and other goodies for the afternoon to accompany a cup of cappuccino, exotic tea or hot chocolate.

Choosing the ingredients for our dishes we rely on local producers, many of whom we know personally. This supports the local economy and helps the environment.


sustainable – energy-efficient

Our kitchen is equipped with the latest technological advances available in the field. To illustrate, kitchen- and foodwaste are used to produce electric energy, and UV radiation of the fat-ladden kitchen exhaust air allows us to regain its heat through a heat exchanger.
